La Roca DP loses to Sereno in the Far West Regional opener.  This was the fifth time these two teams have faced each other with Sereno holding a 2-1-1 advantage.  The wind played a roll in the match as Sereno had the wind in the first half and controlled possession.  Early in the first half Tyler was taken down on a throw-in and the ball went into the net.  The post helped the defense out twice before the half ended with Sereno ahead by one.  In the second half La Roca held the ball on Sereno's end with help from the wind but Sereno's defense held strong and the match ended 1-0.  Great win Sereno, it is always a fun match when we see you.  Good luck with the rest of the tournament.
